You know my obsession with Lebanese Food. My husband is now away in India visiting his grandparents and I am having fun here with Lebanese food. He is not a big fan 🙂 Had a box of sundried tomato and had to use it somewhere.. Why not in hummus?
- Sun-dried tomato-5 pieces-chopped into bits
- Chickpeas-1 heaped cup-boiled until tender
- Garlic-1 clove
- Tahini-1 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice (Watch out-You have tomato for sourness too)-to taste
- Salt-to taste
- In goes all into a blender and process until smooth
