Last Saturday morning, I asked Sanju if he wanted to try a superfood smoothie that I scribbled down while I was at a train station looking at a health advertisement about superfoods. This is insanely healthy, keeps you full for hours.
What’s your favourite smoothie?
It’s freezing here in Sydney, but that didn’t keep me from making this
You need:
- Kale-2 leaves-torn into bits
- Spinach-1 cup very tightly packed
- Orange-1
- Apple-1
- Frozen Blueberries-1/4 cup
- Almond milk-1 cup
- Hemp seeds-1 heaped Tbsp
- Frozen Banana- 2
- Chia seeds-1 heaped Tbsp
- Peanut butter-1 heaped Tbsp
Method:
- In everything goes into a blender, until smooth & creamy
