Raw Vegan Chocolate cookies made from just 5 ingredients

  • Pitted Medjool dates-1 cup
  • Chia Seeds-1.5 tsp
  • Cacao powder-2 heaped Tbsp
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Almond-1 cup
  1. In a food processor, pulse them together and wait until they come like a dough.
  2. Then shape them as cookies.
  3. Roll them in almond meal.
  4. Refrigerate and serve
Could add couple of Tbsp of water to ease the process.
