  • Raw almond butter/any nut butter-3 Tbsp
  • Banana-1
  • Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon-1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla-1 tsp
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Ground Chia-1 Tbsp
  1. Chuck everything in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. You could keep them for a couple of days.
Lemon juice keeps the spread from oxidising.
