Banana & Coconut Pancakes with a raw-chocolate sauce drizzle.

  • Organic Buckwheat Flour-2/3 cup
  • Organic Coconut Flour-1/3 cup
  • Agave[or]Coconut Sugar[or]Stevia-1 Tbsp or more (if you have sweet tooth)
  • Salt-a pinch
  • Chia Seeds-1 tsp
  • Ripe Bananas-1 large
  • Tahini-1 Tbsp
  • Sultanas-2 Tbsp
  • Coconut Milk-1/3 cup
  • Water-2/3 cup
  • Coconut Oil-for the griddle
  1. Mix the dry ingredients first-Buckwheat flour, Coconut Flour, Coconut Sugar, Chia Seeds and Salt
  2. To the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients-sultanas, tahini & banana (mashed with fork), coconut milk, water and to bring it to pancake batter consistency
  3. On a hot griddle, pour the pancake batter, drizzle some coconut oil and make these delicious pancakes. Drizzle with some chocolate sauce (Mix agave and cacao powder until you have a chocolate sauce consistency)
Coconut flour can get burnt on high heat. Ensure the pan is on low-medium heat.
